Welcome to the Waldport High School Kayak Shack located on the Central Oregon Coast in Waldport, Oregon.
The Kayak Shack is operated by Waldport High School Youth Entrepreneurs – current and past students, with the assistance of community businesses and individuals.
If you're looking for an outdoor water adventure - one hour up to 6 hours the Waldport High School Kayak Shack has the rentals to meet your needs. Discover the Alsea Bay's and surrounding watershed's tranquil beauty from the same perspective as river otters, wading herons, and a wealth of other wildlife.
Our beautiful surroundings and wildlife attract tourists from all over the world. The Alsea Bay has been designated as an “Important Bird Area” by the National Audubon Society.
Kayak Shack’s mission is to provide a safe place for families, groups and individuals to enjoy South Lincoln County waterways and trails, experience nature, and explore new outdoor adventures while striving to strengthen the economy of South Lincoln County.
